1.Deprecation of 360 Reviews v11 Version
The 360 Reviews v11 version will reach the end of maintenance on May 19, 2023 and will be deleted on November 17, 2023.

We’re deprecating 360 Reviews v11 Version because 360 Reviews – SAP Fiori Version has been Generally Available and includes the majority of features and functions that were available in 360 Reviews v11 along with an enhanced user experience and updated visualizations.

2.Work with the Latest Team Goals in iOS and Android Mobile Apps
In iOS and Android SAP SuccessFactors Mobile apps, users can now manage team goals in the latest Goal Management.
Users in different roles with proper permissions in your organization can:
- Create, edit, or delete team goals
- Access team goals from their own goal plan
- Assign team goals to people from their team or people found via search
- Unassign a team goal from certain people
- Share ownership of a team goal with others so they become co-owners of the goal
- Withdraw shared ownership of a team goal from certain people
If properly configured, activities linked to and comments left on an assigned team goal are available in its details.
Additionally, users can manage team goals assigned to them in Continuous Performance Management.

We developed this feature to facilitate alignment on goals among your organization, teams, and individual contributors.

- The latest Goal Management is enabled.
- The Team Goals feature is enabled.
Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

3.Work with the Latest Team Goals
In additional to personal goals, users can now create, manage, and be assigned team goals in the latest Goal Management. Meanwhile, group goals are no longer supported.
Users in different roles with proper permissions in your organization can:

- Assign team goals to people from their team or people found via search

4.New Quick Action to Give Feedback on the Latest Home Page
Employees can now choose to Give Feedback from the Quick Actions section on the latest home page.
The ability to give feedback is instrumental to ensuring employee engagement and continuous development.
When the Give Feedback is selected, the user can search and select one person, input a topic, and provide feedback to the other user.
Here are screenshots showing the Quick Actions section and the dialog box that opens when Give Feedback is selected.
After users select Give Feedback, they see a form to enter the person, feedback topic, and questions.
Providing a quick action to Give Feedback offers a convenient touchpoint to a common and important part of the continuous performance process.
Configuration Requirements
- The latest home page is enabled.
- The latest version of Continuous Performance Management is enabled.
Note
If the latest home page is
- Already enabled, all new Quick Actions are disabled by default (opt-in).
- Being enabled for the first time, all Quick Actions, including this new one, are enabled by default (opt-out).
You choose to enable or disable quick actions at Admin Center Tools Manage Home Page Quick Actions .
Role-Based Permission Prerequisites
Enable the following permissions to allow employee feedback.
- The employees require basic permissions to Continuous Performance Management.
- To allow employees to search for others when giving feedback select the User Employee Data View permission for First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Title, and Manager within a defined Target Population.
- To allow employees to give feedback, select User Continuous Performance User Permission Give Continuous Feedback permission.
What’s Changed
In the current version, the latest home page has quick actions for Request Feedback and Give Feedback for continuous feedback.
In the previous version, the latest home page only provided a quick action for Request Feedback to support continuous feedback.
