1. Behavior Changes in Career Site Page
Candidates are now redirected to the Career Site Sign In page instead of the Career Site Home Page when they sign out.
This change is applicable only to the mobile apply external career site with Recruiting Marketing enabled. The update helps in confirming that the candidate has logged out successfully.
We’ve improved the Career Site logout behavior and capability as part of accessibility
In the previous version, candidates were redirected to the Career Site Home Page without any confirmation about their login status.

2.Updates to the ISO Codes List
We’ve updated the ISO codes and labels for Country/Region and State/Province in SAP SuccessFactors. Please ensure that you take necessary actions for the following:

3.Field Label Configuration for Standard Object Fields in Job Requisition
The labels for the standard Job Requisition fields businessUnit_obj, costCenter_obj, legalEntity_obj, and std_position_obj must now be maintained in the Manage Job Requisition System Field Labels page in Admin Center.
Existing customers don’t need to perform any actions because the labels continue to be prepopulated as before. The behavior of the labels for new Recruiting customers is as follows:
- For customers who have enabled Employee Central, the labels are prepopulated from Custom language pack/Default language pack. To keep the labels consistent across SAP SuccessFactors products, you need to configure the labels in the Manage Job Requisition System Field Labels page in Admin Center.
- For customers who haven’t enabled Employee Central, the labels are prepopulated from Custom language pack/Default language pack.
This enhancement was implemented as part of technical simplification of the product.
What’s Changed
In the current version, you must configure the labels for the following standard Job Requisition field labels in Recruiting from the Manage Job Requisition System Field Labels page:
- businessUnit_obj
- costCenter_obj
- legalEntity_obj
- std_position_obj
In the previous version, the labels for the four standard fields were derived from Succession Data Model for customers who had enabled Employee Central. For customers who hadn’t enabled Employee Central, the labels were derived from the Custom language pack/Default language pack.

4.Updates to Email Verification with One-Time Password Feature
The default verification email with One-Time password, that is sent to candidates for account creation and updation of contact email in the Candidate Profile now no longer displays the names of the candidates.
The update doesn’t impact the email templates configured by a customer using the One-Time Password for External Candidate Account Creation email trigger.
This update prevents phishing attacks.
In the current version, default verification email with One-Time password that is sent to candidates doesn’t display the name of the candidate in the email salutation.
In the previous version, the default verification email with One-Time password displayed the name of the candidate in the email salutation.
